Tested and reviewed, works fine, thank you! Sorry for the late merge, I just wanted to finish the better repl gui first. Idea for a future update: Simple console progress bar while library checking, since this takes several seconds. |

As title says this pr adds the incremental library downloads and updates to the Bootstrap Launcher as noted in the todo. This makes the Bootstrap Launcher a bit more reliable.
It gets rid of old dependencies by deleting anything thats not in the dependency xml file, which is probably ok for now.
As always any feedback is highly appreciated.
