Implement workspace model persistence and command handling. Load metadata on mount, watch for updates, and save model changes. Route model updates through new IPC channel and AI service logic. Provide provider adapters, model catalog helpers, and UI feedback. Extend slash command parsing, suggestions, and tests for /model flow.

I have a specific vision for how to do this so I don't think I want to merge the change. For one, I want to send the model via sendMessage in an effort to leave the IPC as minimal as possible.
For two, I want to use the convenient models.json (provided by lite LLM) for abbreviation expansion.
