Problem
While the hackmud wiki is appropriately hackmud-styled, with its use of White Rabbit, blue-on-black, scanlines in the background etc. these elements can be difficult for certain users to read. Some examples:
- Folks with dyslexia who struggle with fonts
- Visual/color-impaired readers (the wiki notably breaks when you enable Reader View on certain pages)
- People working in the dark or other environment that does not play nice with blue-on-black
With how information-dense the wiki is, this is troublesome for those users.
Context
We should probably add a toggleable option to adjust the more troublesome elements of the wiki's stylisation with a button on the top bar:
- Disable the scanline background
- Change the font to a known dyslexic-friendly/accessible font
- Possibly a "light mode" toggle independent of the accessibility toggle that makes the wiki be black text on a white background
