Neither api or cli documentation clearly explains how to auth via DoD CAC#3

API documentation, cli README, and knowledgebase currently mention that it is possible to login via CAC/PKI, but do not explain what exactly is required in the cli's configuration file in order to perform this.

Alternately, we are too dumb to find it in the docs...
