Cloned applications cannot use custom input methods

Bug description

When using the clone application feature, custom input methods are not available; only the AOSP keyboard can be used.And can't choose custom input

Steps to reproduce

Step 1.First ensure that the custom input method is installed and remains enabled
Step 2.Use the clone app feature to clone any app
Step 3.open the cloned app and bring up the input method
Custom input will be unavailable and will be replaced by AOSP keyboard

This issue has already appeared in previous versions, and it can be reproduced on my OnePlus Ace 3 Pro (corvette) and POCO F5 (Marble)
