All default MariaDB configs have now a prefix to allow overwriting of
the options. Let's follow the same to not conflict with the defaults.

(cherry picked from commit 4cc520a)

This will introduce a restart in an existing running environment rigth? Do we need to add some notes for the customers updating that their mysql mariadb servers will be restarted?

@Itxaka We will deliver this together with the MariaDB 10.1 to MariaDB 10.2 upgrade. Therefore a customer will have to restart anyway.

This is ready to merge as the MariaDB 10.2 update is in the process to get released.

@Itxaka: It's a tech preview feature so we don't give an guaranty and we claim that we still do changes to the functionality.
