Add versions of "carve" and "move" that perform a "change"

Both "carve" and "move" remove the source, performing the equivalent of a "chuck". It would be useful to have a version that performs the equivalent of a "change". Ie it only removes content range rather than removal range, and it moves the cursor

let's try to get in the habit of saying "copy <target> change that", "bring <target> change source", "copy <target> bring air to that" etc
