Hat map which uses full words instead of characters

Would be able to say eg "take hello" if there is a hello token, rather than needing to say "take harp"

Relies on cursorless-dev/command-server#8

• useful for native languages
• would need to expose the text of words themselves to talon
• will rely on state sharing api
