This PR introduces support for the "Golang" build feature - useful if you want to define a Golang Build Feature
Whilst implementing this I noticed the
newBuildFeatureServicewas using the incorrect URI (/app/rest/buildTypes/BuildConfigID/featuresvs/app/rest/buildTypes/id:BuildConfigID/features) - as such I've patched that (and removed an unused field in the Create method of the BuildTypeService when passing through
