This PR aims to reduce code duplication for Stakewise Package. As any network for which it will be published will share the same base code.
Also, the code from https://github.com/dappnode/staker-package-scripts is being used to reduce lines in the entrypoint of the package.
Some other improvements for easier code maintenance have been made
