This is needed to be able to process
SetBestChaincallback generated by the firstFlushStateToDiskcall inPrepareShutdown. Not doing this leaves the wallet in an inconsistent state which is one of the reasons whyfeature_pruning.pyfails atm.Partially reverts #3378
