• Uses DontCheck for batch_delete_up_tree_while_empty (caller already verifies emptiness), DeleteChildren for delete_proposers_tree (intentionally non-empty tree)
• Updates GroveOp::DeleteTree pattern matches for the new 2-field variant
• Removes obsolete BatchApplyOptions fields
• Updates proof size assertions for latest protocol version

• cargo check -p drive
• test_initial_state_structure_proper_heights_in_latest_protocol_version — passes
• Older protocol version proof height tests (first, v10, v11) fail due to grovedb proof encoding changes — upstream grovedb issue
