We need create a new folder under deepgit for data processing especially to use the up-to-date information including the datasets we are currently using

This is also related to #54, where we need a clearer approach to defining contributor information. Right now, "contributors" are identified as "PR creators," but perhaps it would make more sense to use users who have successfully committed to the main branch.
