[BUG] Cannot select profile to use when making account-level API

Trying to make an account-level API call with bricks CLI, but I can't get further than the profile prompt.

$ bricks auth login --host https://accounts.cloud.databricks.com --account-id <accountID>

$ bricks account custom-app-integration create --json '{}'
Use the arrow keys to navigate: ↓ ↑ → ←
? ~/.databrickscfg profile:

No results

bricks auth login does not (yet) create a profile in ~/.databrickscfg

Account commands only prompt account profiles since #454.
