Configures the
post_tagginghook in.codegen.jsonso that the taggingworkflow regenerates
lockfile.jsonafter bumping the version in pom.xml.This keeps the Maven lockfile in sync with the project version automatically
on every release.
Also includes the updated
tagging.pywithpost_taggingsupport andregenerated lockfiles matching the current dependency tree.
Depends on databricks-eng/universe#1753416 which adds
post_taggingsupport to the shared tagging.py.
