Use new import convention for scikit-image.

Dear @datacarpentry/image-processing-curriculum-maintainers,

As per the Aug 30 meeting with @tobyhodges and @datacarpentry/curriculum-advisors-image, this PR:

• Closes Transition to new import convention for sckit-image? #295;
• Updates (removes) some sentences which don't hold anymore, now that we have lazy loading (modules are loaded only when needed);
• Reorders imports alphabetically at the top of each episode.

What does this mean?
