Background

decoded-docs vault와 decoded-agent 분리 후 monorepo의 agent-facing surface가 여러 곳으로 흩어지고 routing 테이블 사본이 drift. /improve-codebase-architecture grilling으로 7개 deepening 결정.

핵심 ADR: vault Architecture/adr/ADR-0003-cross-tool-agent-entry-policy.md (작성 예정)

Sub-tasks

#1 Agent 진입점 통합 + CLAUDE.md façade화

• AGENTS.md를 canonical cross-tool 명세로 확장 (진입 규칙·읽기 우선순위·tool overlay 매핑)
• CLAUDE.md를 Claude Code overlay로 축소 (≤80줄, AGENTS.md를 먼저 읽도록 명시)
• WARP.md를 Warp overlay 패턴으로 정렬
• .cursor/rules/*.mdc도 AGENTS.md를 먼저 가리키도록
• AGENT.md(한국어)를 AGENTS.md로 1줄 redirect
• docs/agent/skills.md 신설 — gstack·Matt Pocock·Spec/Generator 표 흡수
• CLAUDE.md inline skill 표 / routing rules 전면 → docs/agent/skills.md 참조

#2 ownership-matrix를 routing SSOT로 격상

• AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md / AGENT.md / docs/agent/README.md 의 routing 표 전면 제거
  → "Canonical: docs/wiki/schema/ownership-matrix.md" 1줄로 대체
• docs/wiki/schema/ownership-matrix.md에 5개 row 보강:
  • ADR (C: vault Architecture/adr/ / P: docs/adr/index.md)
  • Harness wiki (C: docs/wiki/wiki/harness/* / P: AGENTS.md)
  • Skills inventory (C: docs/agent/skills.md / P: AGENTS.md)
  • Cross-tool agent entry (C: AGENTS.md / P: CLAUDE.md, WARP.md, .cursor/rules)
  • Vault contract (C: decoded-docs Guides/sync-policy.md / P: ownership-matrix.md)

#3 docs/agent/ vs docs/agents/ 폴더 통합

• docs/agents/{issue-tracker,triage-labels,domain}.md → docs/agent/setup/ 로 이동
• docs/agents/ 디렉터리 제거
• CLAUDE.md 등 모든 참조 경로 갱신
• grep 검증 — 잔존 docs/agents/ 참조 0건

#4 ADR 정책 — vault 일원화

• docs/adr/index.md 작성 — "ADR canonical: vault Architecture/adr/" + 최근 ADR 링크 목록
• 기존 ADR-0001 / ADR-0002 redirect stub 유지 (외부 link 호환)
• vault에 ADR-0003: cross-tool agent entry policy 작성 — 본 결정(ci: monorepo pre-push local CI orchestration #1·Ci/monorepo pre push local #2·ci(web): add frontend pre-push hook, code-reviewer agent, and git workflow #3·infra: gRPC proto 단일 source-of-truth (api-server ↔ ai-server) #6)을 본문화

#5 Deprecated artifact 정리

• docs/_archive/ 디렉터리 신설
• docs/agent/warehouse-schema.md → docs/_archive/ (status: archived)
• docs/post-centric-refactoring-summary.md, docs/home-sections-backend-feasibility.md, docs/backend-frontend-status.md 검토 후 archive 결정
• docs/agent/README.md inventory에서 archived 항목 제거
• docs/qa-screenshots/ 정책 별도 결정 (분기별 archive 등 TBD)

#6 3-repo ecosystem contract → ADR-0003에 흡수

• ADR-0003 본문에 monorepo · decoded-docs · decoded-agent 세 repo가 export · consume · reference 하는 artifact 매트릭스 포함
• ownership-matrix의 "Vault contract" row가 ADR-0003 을 가리키도록

#7 wiki INDEX.md 인터페이스/구현 정렬

• docs/wiki/wiki/INDEX.md에서 "Sub-3 ingest 자동 등재" 문구 제거 — 수동 유지로 명시
• 빈 카테고리(ops/, tasks/, incidents/) 안내 또는 삭제
