To run a case with ABACUS using LibRI, just compile ABACUS with -DLIBRI=ON and run any hybrid functional case such as abacus-develop/examples/hse/lcao_Si2.

If you are asking about the interfaces with LibRI in ABACUS' code, you can refer to the file Exx_LRI.hpp, where set_Cs, set_Vs, set_Ds and cal_Hs are called in EXX calculation.
