Further modification of PAW

Background

PAW now works for a few systems, see below for some results:

The problem is it fails to provide converged results for other systems.

Describe the solution you'd like

A few things I'll need to add:

1. initialization of on-site density matrix
2. mixing of some PAW-related quantities. I'm thinking of adding mixing for nhat and dij as a start, to see how that works out
