symmetry error: PRICELL: NCELL != NTRANS !

When running below example with symmetry on, abacus throw the error:

 ERROR: PRICELL: NCELL != NTRANS !
 NCELL=2, NTRANS=3

Expected behavior

ABACUS should run this example normally.
