Memory record feature of develop branch is broken

Describe the bug

I have recently tested the develop branch and identified a critical bug: the memory usage recorded by the program is significantly lower than the actual memory consumption. Referring to the test records in issue #6880, the memory usage reported by the develop branch is nearly an order of magnitude less than the actual value, whereas the memory recording in v3.10.0 remains almost accurate.

Case: test/performance/P105_si512_lcao
I change lattice_constant to 0.5 and scf_nmax 1 and symmetry 0 to test force and stress and memory record.
