Feature Request: Add shifted Gamma function support for kspacing parameter

Background

The current implementation of the kspacing parameter only supports the default Gamma point (0 0 0) without any shift. To support more accurate Brillouin zone sampling, we need to extend it with the shifted Gamma function.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the kspacing parameter to support shifted Gamma k-point grids in addition to the current default unshifted Gamma (0 0 0) mode.
