[Payment History] Assist with Accessibility Testing for Staging Review

Issue Description

We need to complete accessibility testing for Staging Review, below are the details.

DM/PM to submit an accessibility artifact ticket (NEW process as of February 2026) - see new guidance here.

Here is the Accessibility testing ticket from previous Staging Review #1 For One Thing Per Page: ##116853 for reference.

Tasks

• See Step 4 and link completed accessibility testing ticket to the "Staging Review artifacts section" of our Collaboration Cycle ticket (#91368).

Since we've already done A11y testing, I think this ticket can be closed.

I "think" that for every Staging Review we need to have an accessibility ticket submitted (per Platform guidance), and since this Payment History initiative will have its own Staging Review, let's keep this one for now.

Rolling this ticket over to the next sprint, we’re waiting on the backend work to be completed before we can start with the accessibility testing.

Moving this out of Planned for S20 and into Backlog as the BE work will not be completed within this sprint.

Due to scope changes coming through in Payment History with Vista/Cerner stations, this ticket is blocked since these issues need to be fixed first before a11y testing can be performed.
