Some review pages are showing only the type of care, instead of all the information. So far we've tested this with review pages for judy morrison for:

• Mental health care with a specialist
• Mental health care in a primary care setting

Unclear if this affects all review pages (DS and requests for all types of care) , or just requests for MH.

@simiadebowale I tested using the BeardIPO account for mental health with a specialist at East Front Avenue VA Clinic, and the same issue is still occurring.
