[Meds / Meds Management Improvements] Renewal Link href incorrect

Description of Issue

On the new meds management landing page (https://staging.va.gov/my-health/medications/) we have a link above the refill medication checkboxes, this link is intended to redirect users to renew their medications. It is currently redirecting back to their current page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign in using any user with MMI flag enabled (examples include: ELENA.GPRSYSTESTSEVEN@id.me, or vagovohtestpatient+beardedipo@gmail.com)
2. Select Medications in the top nav to be redirected to the new landing page.
3. Click the link above the refills component that has the text Go to your list of renewable meds
4. Observe that the page incorrectly reloads rather than navigating the user to their renewals

@amycashbaugh Updating this ticket, the link has successfully been fixed and is routing correctly. This was tested in all browsers during our staging review and has passed. Feel free to close this ticket if it is no longer needed.
