[Meds / Meds Management] Sometimes links on the mhv landing page show "Page Not Found"

Context

The mhv landing page has a section labeled Medications which navigates the user to various places within the medications app. These links are behaving inconsistently with the new pages.

Description

The links Review Medication List and Check Prescription Refill Status sometimes briefly show an error saying Page Not Found before correctly redirecting the user to their desired page. This is extremely brief but can be seen in the video between seconds 2 and 3. In addition, this error is also seen in the title on the user's browser tab, and sometimes the error in the tab title will remain even after the page redirects (about half the time)

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to my-health landing
2. Select either of the two links in question
3. Observe the page closely, as the error only flickers.
