- Simplified clean command in Makefile.
- Updated build command to use vscode:prepublish.
- Added new commands for table and view operations in package.json.
- Bumped version from 0.0.5 to 0.0.7 in package.json.
- Added new command handlers for table and view operations in extension.ts.
- Enhanced connection handling and error messages in connectionForm.ts and databaseTreeProvider.ts.
- Improved SQL queries for retrieving table and view definitions.
- Added notebooks for various database operations including insert, update, and truncate.
