[Feature Request] Documentation for WUT sublibraries (libwhb, nn_swkbd, etc)

What feature are you suggesting?

Overview:

The WUT doxygen page contains documentation only for the system RPL bindings but WUT also has some other libraries like libwhb, nn_swkbd, libirc, etc.

Why would this feature be useful?

People new to the WUT environment will be able to see how to use the libraries without manually reading headers and/or checking how other programs use them

nn:skwbd's documentation is here, but I agree that it'd be nice to have documentation for the non-RPL stuff

I think I found the solution for this, by editing docs/CMakeLists.txt to add all the include dirs to doxygen_add_docs. However the includes appear like "libraries/libxyz/include" instead of appearing in the main include directory
