:bug: Jira Endpoint have been updated - current plugin no longer works

What happened?

Jira have updated their endpoints to the new API which renders this plugin unusable. Are there plans to update the plugin's endpoints to use the new API?

How to reproduce the bug

Try and use the existing plugin to search for Jira tickets.

Also getting this. But what's really weird is that while this package fails to retrieve jira issues, the https://github.com/devmoath/jira-laravel latest version released on the same day, and made by the same dev, still works and is still able to retrieve jira issues. Make it make sense...

EDIT: Ok it looks like the error only occurs on jira organizations created after a certain date, I don't get the error (yet) when using it on an organization I've been using for 2+ years, but I get it on one that was created a few months ago.

I scrambled to switch to https://github.com/lesstif/php-JiraCloud-RESTAPI which already has an update for the new endpoints
