Implement component rules

Implement the Component-Rules with ArchUnit.

Acceptance-Criteria:

• Rules C3-C7 are implemented with ArchUnit

Note:

• Rule C1 does IMHO make no sense with ArchUnit. We will simply declare the components as config in code of ArchUnit test instead of architecture.json for KISS reasons.
• Rule C2 is reduced/replaced to story Rule to avoid cyclic dependencies #21
