How to create a new branch only if there is something to commit

Hi 👋

I am very happy with this great action. I am using it a lot. I like the option to create a new branch automatically and also the way it can combined with action-pull-request to allow me reviewing the automatic changes. Sometimes there is nothing to commit and I would like this action doesn't create a new branch. Is there a way to do so?

You're right, that's a useful functionality that should be there from the start, I just didn't have such use case when creating it.

I've just added such feature as default behavior in newest v1.1.0 release 🚀
