[Question]: Why Electron instead of Tauri or even Wails?

I was wondering, what is the motivation to migrate from Tauri to Electron, and why not Wails which could potentially help with the IPC/interop?

In short, because the linux community cannot agree on a single render and I don't have the personal time to track down and resolve every bespoke linux distribution issue relating to webkit. I will choose the framework that provides the best cross-platform compatibility and saves my sanity.

I have no intention of using Tauri or Wails.
