feat(release): publish Homebrew formula to tap on release

Adds Homebrew distribution so users can brew install devsy-org/homebrew-tap/devsy.

Changes

• .github/workflows/release.yml — new publish-homebrew job (stable releases only, needs: build-desktop). Downloads the darwin/linux CLI artifacts, mints an org GitHub App token scoped to homebrew-tap (same DEVSY_GITHUB_APP_* secrets used elsewhere), generates the formula, and pushes it to the tap only when it changed. Nothing else in the release pipeline is touched.
• hack/homebrew_formula/ — Go tool (with tests) that computes checksums from the release binaries and renders devsy.rb; keeps formula logic out of inline shell.
• Docs — install.mdx adds brew install as the recommended CLI method; update.mdx adds brew upgrade devsy.

Prerequisites

• The org GitHub App must have Contents: write on devsy-org/homebrew-tap (org-wide install covers this).
• Formula asset URLs only resolve once a stable release is published (not left as a draft).
