Accumulate CGO_LDFLAGS in a single variable and add it to BUILD_VARS once, so platform flags (e.g. -fopenmp on macOS) and backend flags (e.g. -lggml-vulkan) are combined instead of the last one winning. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
