fix(docs): restore OpenAPI deployment validation

Summary

• add the required descriptions to generated OpenAPI 200 responses
• remove the unsupported operation-level hide property
• unblock Mintlify so the already-merged OAuth redirect URL documentation can publish

Root cause

Mintlify rejected the current packages/docs/openapi.json snapshot while publishing PR #2810. The invalid snapshot kept the live shared MCP connections page on its older version, without the #oauth-redirect-url section.

• confirmed ## OAuth redirect URL exists in packages/docs/cloud/share-with-your-team/shared-mcp-connections.mdx
• confirmed the hosted callback URL is https://api.openworklabs.com/v1/mcp-connections/oauth/callback
• git diff --check — passed

Deferred

• Broad product tests were not run; this changes only the generated documentation snapshot.
• Production Mintlify verification must occur after merge and successful deployment.
