Nightly is retired: app specs run on demand via the stack lane by whoever owes the proof, and evidence lands on the PR. Split from #3431 because Warden deliberately never self-clears .github changes — this one needs a human click.

Companion to #3431 (merged): the lane is already renamed stack and skills route agents to on-demand spec runs. This PR only deletes the workflow file + the two alias scripts. Warden intentionally never self-clears .github changes, so this requires a human approval — that guard working as designed.
