Declare next in gradle's repository settings

        maven {
            url = uri("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/difftim/AndroidRepo/main/")
        }

and then add implementation, for example:

    api("org.difft.android.libraries:rust-encryption-sdk:0.1.0")
