Add `comp` command

v2 will bring a new command called comp that is focused on competitive data for TCG and VGC.

Scope:

• poke-cli comp will allow two flags, --tcg or --vgc, to view related competitive data for either format.
  • Official tournament data from Regional, International, and World competitions.
    • Decklists/Teams
    • Player stats
    • Round data
  • VGC
    • Data from Pikalytics for more in-depth data related to Pokémon usage, popular teams, popular items, etc.
      * TCG
    • Analytics on decklists
      * Smogon
    • Smogon has a nice API for data across the various formats on Showdown (OU, UU, Monotype, etc).
    • May not be release in v2, but in a later minor release.

Data will go back to the beginning of the 2025 season. Special Events are not planned to be covered at this point.
