Description

When read x3f error, I find below tip at libraw site:

As stated in LibRaw 0.20 release notes (https://www.libraw.org/news/libraw-0-20-2-Release )
you need to define USE_X3FTOOLS while building LibRaw
X3F support is not enabled by default.

It looks like we haven't enabled this option in ImageMagick. I just did a quick test what would happen if I would enable this and I am getting an image with junk data. I don't want to enable this for now.
