Claude Code Installation Pop-Up Appears Every Time (Winget Installation of Claude Code)

Hi,

Thx for the great extension for visual studio!

Claude Code is installed and setup completed and I can run claude code in cmd.
But, every time opening a new visual studio project a pop-up dialog is opened for Claude Code installation.

I'vew installed claude code with the winget app.
Maybe the logic to detect this is not complete.

I deployed tentative fix for this issue in v10.7. I hope it helps.
