This adds explicit support for the following: - `REDMINE_DB_MYSQL_FILE` - `REDMINE_DB_POSTGRES_FILE` - `REDMINE_DB_PORT_FILE` - `REDMINE_DB_USERNAME_FILE` - `REDMINE_DB_PASSWORD_FILE` - `REDMINE_DB_DATABASE_FILE` - `REDMINE_DB_ENCODING_FILE` - `REDMINE_SECRET_KEY_BASE_FILE`
