Proposal to allow a user to edit the title of a session via the TUI graphically, with a
/title new titlecmd, or also via API./titlewith no args will regenerate the title based on the last 2 messagesIncludes TUI (local and remote runtime), API and connectrpc support (causing the huge diff)
I tested the TUI with the local runtime, and connecting to a remote runtime (cagent api) running both as http server and as a connect-rpc server
