[BUG] `docker compose --profile <XYZ> down ` shut down all services

Description

According to the documentation found here https://docs.docker.com/compose/how-tos/profiles/#stop-specific-profiles, I should be able to down only specific services by using their profile. If they do not depends on anything, it should only down these services.

When i'm doing so, it shut down all services in the docker compose file.

Steps To Reproduce

1. With this simple docker compose

2. Execute the following commands

It should only remove the service with the profile my-profile according to documentation.

Thanks for catching this, this is an error in the documentation page, the purpose of the down command is to stop the whole application which means it will stop services with the profile specified and all the containers without any profiles
You can pass the name of the service you want to the stop command docker compose stop second, down command also allow you to pass a list of service but it will also try to delete networks and volumes
I'll open a PR to fix the doc
