This library currently hard codes the US region base URL (https://api.mailgun.net). It would be good to make this configurable, to add support for the EU region base URL (https://api.eu.mailgun.net) as described in [Mailgun documentation](https://documentation.mailgun.com/en/latest/api-intro.html#base-url-1)
