2. Install dependencies

   cd ../server && npm install

3. Environment setup

   cp web/.env.example web/.env.local

   cp server/.env.example server/.env

4. Start the application

   # Frontend (runs on http://localhost:3002)
   cd web && npm run dev
   
   # Backend (runs on http://localhost:4000)
