Summary

add exact project status selection with --status <name-or-id>
resolve legacy --state values through workspace project statuses and reject ambiguous types
return and display the named status alongside Linear's generic status type

Verification

go test ./...
live go run . project update <project-id> --status Shaping --json followed by project get confirms status.name is Shaping
