Update NuGet packages frequently and provide daily builds

Could we please have NuGet packages updated more frequently?
Also, the daily feed link in the README doesn't contain the necessary packages. Only these two:

• dotnet-suggest
• System.CommandLine.Generator

The latest System.CommandLine package in the "daily builds" feed is version 2.0.0-beta4.22504.1 from commit c776cd4 dated 2022-10-04, i.e. it is newer than tag 2.0.0-beta4.22272.1 dated 2022-05-22, but still over a month old.

Now, the latest version in "daily builds" is System.CommandLine 2.0.0-beta4.22613.1 from commit cd7b452 on 2022-12-13. The latest commit on the "main" branch is 34074d8 on 2022-12-30, so the build is 13 commits behind.

I tried porting some existing apps from System.CommandLine 2.0.0-beta4.22272.1 (commit 209b724) to 2.0.0-beta4.23073.1 (commit 6524142).

Statistics for the porting effort:

• *.cs: 10 files changed, 205 insertions(+), 201 deletions(-)
• *.csproj: 5 files changed, 5 insertions(+), 5 deletions(-)

The greatest hindrances:

1. Needing to set up another NuGet package source https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_packaging/dotnet-libraries/nuget/v3/index.json and a package author certificate. (The repository does not sign the packages.)
2. Initializer alternative to fluent AcceptLegalFilePathsOnly #2037, especially because AcceptLegalFilePathsOnly is similar to AcceptExistingOnly in concept but has to be called in a different way.
3. EditorBrowsableState.Never on Command.Add(Symbol); certainly a source of confusion when converting from new Command(…) { … } to : base(…) { … } in order to initialize the option fields in the instance constructor.

This set of apps did not use hosting, dependency injection, nor custom middleware.

The latest version in the feed is still 2.0.0-beta4.23073.1 (commit 6524142), even though three pull requests have been merged since then, and the pipeline run 20230202.4 on commit c95d825 succeeded.

Lately, the interim builds feed has been updating OK. I think this issue could be closed.

The latest System.CommandLine prerelease in https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_packaging/dotnet-libraries/nuget/v3/index.json is 2.0.0-beta4.23407.1, i.e. commit a045dd5 from 2023-08-07. #2289 was merged on 2023-11-07 and is not included in 2.0.0-beta4.23407.1. It seems the automated previews feed has got stuck again.
