A follow up issue for NativeAOT part of non-Exception throws in runtime async

PR: #130506 introduces tests for non-Exception throws in runtime async.

Using this issue to block the tests on runtime async until/if the behavior on NativeAOT changes.
Or, alternatively, the tests are adjusted to accept NativeAOT behavior as well.

Either way this is to track the follow up changes.

We block tests on #69919 for these kinds of issues. It already tracks non-Exception throws in general.
