Tagging subscribers to this area: @dotnet/runtime-infrastructure Issue DetailsFixes dotnet/performance#3153 for runtime perf runs. Same changes as dotnet/performance#3159 but for runtime repo. Test run from perf repo: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_build/results?buildId=2227096&view=results These changes may be temporary depending on how the underlying issue is resolved, but this gets us results until then.
