Removed some classes that is no longer used:
AppExtensions(was used to read args from file),CommandParserException,TableFormatter(replaced withTabularOutputwhere used),TemplateGroupParameterSet.Split files with multiple classes to separate files, split files to folders per command, aligned classes names.
